Position Summary
The Leontine Linens Graphic Designer is responsible for a wide variety of design and content deliverables, shaping visual aspects of both digital and print media. The employee holding this position should be experienced in delivering creative ideas and following through to content creation and distribution.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Support sales team through the execution of ad hoc sales tools, including product renderings and design sketches; Maintain and
manage archive of sales tool content; Develop and memorialize best practices for sales tool creation
• Work closely with executive and sales teams to execute ideas
• Translate creative concepts into variable design concepts
• Execute graphic design, illustration, layout, printing, production, and photo editing tasks and deliverables
• Manage marketing project deliverables and timelines to ensure execution matches project vision and company expectations
• Coordinate production and timelines of print jobs with third party vendors to meet deadlines
• Provide assistance with the standardization of procedures, templates, and forms
• Assist in the development, organization, and administration of the creative assets library
• Memorialize best practices and workflows for all graphic design processes
• General office administrative support when necessary
• Other duties as required
Qualifications/Requirements
The minimum qualifications include:
• Associate’s degree in graphic design or similar field
• Ability to adhere to company’s branding guidelines
• Understanding of marketing concepts and design principles
• Proficiency with Adobe’s suite of products and Auto-CAD software
• Effective time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills
