Working with the Principal, and other designers, the Intermediate Designer is a key creative contributor to all phases of high-end, Residential and Commercial Interior Design from initial design concept to installation.The candidate’s responsibilities include: researching and developing furniture plans, assisting Principal on the design and development of projects, creating drawings and presentation boards, researching and sourcing FFE within budget and aesthetic direction, managing specifications and construction schedules, coordinating all vendor meetings and site visits, responsible for obtaining approval for Client Order and Vendor Purchase Order prior to submission to Client and Vendor, and attend client meetings.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
Undergraduate degree in Interior Design or Architecture
2 or more years of experience in Residential and/or Commercial Interior Design
Knowledge and understanding of Construction Management
Technical proficiency requirements:
Highly proficient in Photoshop and InDesign
AutoCAD
SketchUp, not required but preferred
