The Interior Designer/Project Manager works closely with the Principal through all phases of high-end residential interior design, from initial concept to installation. This position requires a minimum of 4+ years experience in the interior design industry and a degree in Interior Design from an accredited university. The ideal candidate should feel confident with sourcing, drafting, custom furnishings, procurement, and construction management. This is a role requiring critical thinking and independent judgment in daily communications with the design team, clients, and vendors.

- At least 4 years experience working at a design firm on high-end residential projects
- A degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture a must
- Oversight of custom bespoke furniture drawings and execution
- Comfort working in a dynamic environment
- Experience managing projects with specific budgets and timelines
- Fluency in AutoCad and Adobe Creative Suite a must
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
- Strong G Suite Experience (Docs, Sheets)
- Experience with Design Spec, Studio Designer, or other similar software a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks or similar software a plus
- A refined aesthetic and knowledge of history of design genres
- Clear communication skills with a service-oriented attitude
