The Design Leadership Network (DLN), a community of top interior designers, architects, and design-industry leaders, is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Email & Marketing Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing email, social media, and other marketing strategy to support DLN Members and Partners and encourage strategic growth.

WHO YOU ARE: A passionate, self-motivated, digitally-savvy professional with experience in social media, email marketing, and digital content strategy. Familiarity with the design world is a plus—interest in it a must!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
–Build and program weekly email newsletters
–Strategize and schedule all social media content, including posts, stories and highlights
–Source visual material for social media from Members and Partners
–Manage and help maintain DLN website
–Help design and build microsites to support DLN events using consumer tools (no coding required)
–Build and occasionally write blog posts for the DLN website
–Track performance of social media and email campaigns and strategize accordingly
–Report analytics findings regularly to DLN team
–Identify what’s next in the realm of digital media and marketing and help chart a course to get us there

–A minimum of two years’ experience in digital media or marketing
–Familiarity with analytics tools
–Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Sailthru, Dash Hudson, Later.com)
–Website development and coding experience is helpful but not required
–Willingness to use project management tools (e.g. Asana) to help keep self and team organized, accountable for deliverables, and deadline-oriented
–Greater New York City resident willing to work from DLN HQ in Midtown Manhattan 3+ days per week
